Thank you for being a part of the 2026 Passport Run mission.
We are excited to announce our upcoming Passport Run, an event designed to bring our community together for a great cause — supporting our veterans.
Last year we raised $12,600 dollars that we donated, they were all very thankful!!
This year donations will be going to:
• Magnus Veterans Foundation
• 1st H.O.O.A.H MN
• Support the Troops MN
We are inviting local businesses like yours to be part of the event as an official Pit Stop Sponsor. Each stop on the route offers participants a chance to visit, connect, and get their “passport” stamped. This is not a one-day event, it will run all summer with people stopping in either individually or in small groups to collect their stamp and enjoy your establishment.
Pit Stop Details:
• Sponsorship Cost: $100 per stop, please contact us if you would like to sell books.
• Proceeds: 80% of funds raised will go directly to support our veterans.
• Your Role: Host a stop where participants can check in, stamp their passports, and enjoy your hospitality.
• Event Date: March 28th until September 12th (Book sales begin at the Donnie Smith Bike show) Plus Locations to be announced throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.
• As a Pit Stop Sponsor, your business will be featured on all event materials, including our route maps and social media promotions. You will also get great exposure to participants throughout the day while showing your commitment to a meaningful cause.

The new Passport Run website will be the main source of information. Riders, we have listened to you, and we will be adding details of the businesses right here on this site. Like, business hours, holidays, specials and more. The books and online pit stop info will be sorted by state, county and in alphabetical order. Stay tuned for those website pages. We have a lot of work ahead of us so please stop back and keep an eye on our facebook page too.

Pit Stop online registration is now open. Registrations will close on February 20th,2026. Registration cost is $100 per business and a $4.00 transaction fee. Please click this logo to complete your registration.
